Ease of Access
ACC Liverpool seeks to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all delegates attending any event. Our venue is accessible for wheelchair users or those with specific access requirements.
Visitors and their personal assistants will find ACC Liverpool easily accessible. Parking is adjacent to the venue with dedicated accessible spaces. There is ramp and lift access to conference rooms and halls internally. The auditorium features accessible bays and there are accessible toilets on all floors. ACC Liverpool also has hearing induction loops available.
The Waterfront car park is approximately 30 metres from the entrance to ACC Liverpool and features ramped access and 79 accessible spaces. A fee is payable to park in the accessible bays. There is level access from the piazza and ramped access from the riverside areas immediately outside ACC Liverpool, and lift access to level one of the convention centre, home to the auditorium and breakout rooms. Unfortunately we are unable to provide wheelchair hire at ACC Liverpool.
The auditorium is the only fixed seating room in the convention centre, but includes 33 accessible bays each with accompanying seat for a personal assistant. Other seated areas within the auditorium are only accessible via the use of steps. There are a number of accessible toilets throughout the conference centre.
Assistance dogs are welcome at ACC Liverpool. We also have hearing induction loops available.
